Brighton Beach - St Kilda
After renting a car in the morning, I started out my long 12-day "farewell to Oz" road trip by visiting a couple of Melbourne suburbs that I hadn't made it to yet, Brighton & Saint Kilda

I thought this was the only Luna Park until I saw one just like it adjacent to Sydney Harbour later in the week 19-Palms-LunaPark Palm trees at Luna Park ... nothing like palm trees on a hot November day (around 90 F), when back in Wisconsin/Minnesota it'd normally be about 30 with maybe an inch or two of snow on the ground :-) 20-LunaPark Luna Park 21-StKildaLighthouse St Kilda Lighthouse 22-StKildaBeach St Kilda Beach ... it didn't exactly smell very good, thanks to all the washed-up and rotting seaweed left by the receding tide 23-Sunbathers Sunbathers enjoying the hot November day on St Kilda Beach
