Tropical Snow - 102505
We had a very early first accumulating snowfall in State College in 2005, with an inch or two of heavy, wet, sticky snow falling after a delightful rain-snow mix (which I was soaked to the bone by on my morning walk from White Course to Walker) ... all of the moisture from this system was actually from the remnants of Hurricane Wilma, hence why we called it a "tropical snowfall" ... even though Daniel called the weather and the snow "appalling," Amber, Kerrie & I managed to drag him outside for some fun in the snow :-)
