In March 2006 I flew down to Arizona for spring break, and met up with my parents, who also flew down there from Wisconsin. My cousin Jonathan also flew down from Spokane, so it was a mini-family reunion when we stayed the first couple nights with my cousins Melissa & Marci near Phoenix. Then my parents & I drove around a bit, to northern Arizona to see the Grand Canyon, and then to southern Arizona to see Saguaro National Monument (and to see my friend Cory at the University of Arizona in Tucson). And when I was driving late in the week back up to Phoenix to visit with some other family we have there (my great aunt Mae, my dad's cousin Judy & Roger, and my second cousins Linda & Kristin), we got into an accident with our rental car too! All in all it was a very fun and eventful spring break!
